Bellway sees 'more moderate' house price growth in year ahead

(Reuters) – Builder Bellway Plc <BWY.L> on Wednesday said it sees “further, more moderate growth” in the average selling price for houses in the year ahead.
The company said it expects to post a 16 percent rise in revenue to 3 billion pounds for the full year ending July 31, on higher sales and prices.
Bellway also said it expects substantial earnings growth for the full year.
