MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian gas giant Gazprom <GAZP.MM> said on Thursday that its board of directors has agreed to sell 44 percent in the charter capital of its Gazprom Neft-Vostok subsidiary to United Arab Emirates' Mubadala Petroleum company.
The stake in Gazprom Neft-Vostok would be sold for at least $271 million, according to Gazprom.
