Generali to buy Slovenian insurer Adriatic Slovenica

LJUBLJANA (Reuters) – Insurer Generali CEE Holding BV, a part of Italian Generali Group <GASI.MI>, said it had agreed to purchase 100 percent of Slovenian insurer Adriatic Slovenica.
