Hundreds of Russian skiers in swimwear hit the slopes of Sochi in a world record attempt.
1,008 skiiers gathered at the resort last year but organisers say they expect to beat that number in 2017.
They claim up to 1,200 were present, in correct attire.
Guinness World Records is verifying the bid.
