Haiti: Hurricane Matthew's aftermath

A week after Hurricane Matthew, the situation is still critical in Haiti. As the death toll from the storm rose to 1,000 people, the UN estimated that more than one million people are in need of emergency assistance. Due to serious damage caused by the hurricane, humanitarian aid provided by UN or the USA is struggling to reach the most-affected populations. The situation is critical in certain areas, where cholera is spreading.
