Families of crew members welcome the arrival of the USS Ronald Reagan at the US naval port in Yokosuka, Japan. The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier arrived at the port, about 60 kilometres south of Tokyo, at around 8 a.m. local time to replace the USS George Washington which has returned to the United States for eventual mid-life refuelling and overhaul maintenance work.
