Ban tools of torture, says Amnesty

A report from rights group Amnesty International says dozens of Chinese companies are exporting so-called tools of torture. They go on to stress that the sales are fueling human rights violations across African and Asia.

Amnesty has called for an immediate ban on items such as the metal spiked baton, which is specifically designed to cause pain and suffering.
