Three women plot revenge on one man in ‘The Other Woman’.

Camaron Diaz stars in the comedy as a woman who finds out her boyfriend is married.

She meets the wife, played by Leslie Mann, and a plot is hatched.

The pair discover the philanderer is having yet another affair, this time with a character played by model and first-time actress Kate Upton. All three women then join forces.

Kate Upton says the cast really helped her in her first movie role: “Leslie and Cameron were both there for me from the beginning of the movie, you know from whenever I felt uncomfortable they would be standing right there, off screen, supporting me and just giving me, you know, just awesome support and that was the best.”

Cameron Diaz was impressed with the newcomer: “Kate’s first day, she comes in, we have no idea what to expect because she’s not… you can’t really pull from anything that she’s done. She completely floors us. She spends half an hour completely by herself just ad-libbing, just throwing out things, and we all, everybody, the crew, we’re all just couldn’t believe how spot on she was and she was so funny, and not afraid at all to say or do anything that is instinctual to do for the character, which I think is pretty bold.”

Leslie Mann enjoyed the role and the way all three worked together: “We had instant chemistry. Usually it takes a second to get up to speed with each other and to get into the groove, and, you know, with other actors, but with them it was like an instant, chemistry:”

‘The Other Woman’ is directed by Nick Cassavetes
