Jamaican sprinter Veronica Campbell-Brown has been cleared to continue her career by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The 31-year-old, who tested positive for a banned substance at the Jamaica Invitational meet last year, has won seven Olympic medals in all, including the 2004 and 2008 gold in the 200 meters.
She also took gold at the 2004 Athens Games before winning bronze in the 100 and silver as part of the 4×100 relay team in London.
