On day 1 of the LeWeb2013 conference in Paris, euronews’ Mark Davis received James Siminoff, a speaker at LeWeb, for a Google+ Hangout On Air.

Jamie is a true serial entrepreneur. He has directly founded 9 companies, sits on 2 boards, holds 12 advisory roles and has completed 3 successful exits. In 2005 Jamie founded the voicemail-to-text company, PhoneTag. In September of 2009 PhoneTag completed a transaction worth $17 million with Ditech Networks.

Jamie currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer and is head of Ditech’s Labs program. In 2010 Jamie founded to assist email users in cleaning commercial email from their inboxes. In 2011 was sold to personal security company TrustedID.

Currently Jamie is the Chief Inventor of Bot Home Automation, Inc., the maker of Doorbot. DoorBot is the video doorbell designed for your smartphone, letting you see and speak with your visitors from your smartphones and tablets. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurship from Babson College. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with his beautiful wife Erin, son Oliver and their dog Shortrib.
