The US American country group ‘The Band Perry’ have announced a world tour to promote their new album ‘Pioneer’. The siblings Neil, Reid and sister Kimberly from Tennessee have been called promising talents.

Recording artist Kimberly Perry expressed her delight. She said: “We are starting our very first headlining tour, it’s called ‘We Are Pioneers World Tour’, and it’s actually beginning in Europe. We are doing 26 dates across the pond and I think the thing that we are most excited about is just to really go into some territories that don’t get touched by country music that often. We’re just excited to get boots on the ground and plant the country flag.”

The band finished the production of their second album with musician Dann Huff, who has won numerous awards for his work as a producer on the country music scene.

Drummer and singer Neil Perry said: “Well, Dan Huff is the producer on ‘Pioneer’ and the thing we love about him is his macro production. Thankfully the three of us are getting to play bigger rooms than we did on the first album. On the first one, we played in theatres, small venues and now we are getting to play amphitheaters and arenas, which is amazing. So we needed that big production, the big electric guitars, the drums, and Dan did a great job of bringing that to life.”

‘The Band Perry’ is currently touring in the US. They begin their world tour on November 8 in Scandinavia.
