UN chemical weapons experts allowed to visit Damascus sites

Syria’s Foreign Ministry has announced the UN will be given access to sites in Damascus where chemical weapons may have been used.

UN High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Angela Kane arrived in the Syrian capital on Saturday, joining a team of UN experts already there.

Hundreds of people died of suspected poisoning from chemical weapons after an attack on a Damascus suburb on Wednesday morning.
