18 years ago, their husbands, brothers, fathers and sons were murdered here.

Every year since, the ‘Mothers of Srebrenica’ have been prevented from visiting the warehouse where 1,000 men and boys were locked inside and killed. Today, despite the police cordon, this group of Bosian women will lay flowers in front of the building in the village of Kravice.

In July 1995, Serb forces executed over 8,000 Bosnian men and boys in the worst massacre in Europe since the second world war.
