Demonstrators took to the streets in Bahrain for a second day to protest against the rule of the country’s Sunni royal family.

The rally was organised by opposition political societies calling for a constitutional monarchy. Police used tear gas and stun grenades to disperse some marchers.

Two people were killed in clashes on Thursday.
