The spotlight has been shining on the Bosnian town of Shrebrenitza during municipal elections on Sunday.
Religious tensions have risen as the rules changed meaning a Serb is eligible for election there for the first time since 1995, when Serb forces massacred 8000 Muslim men and boys in the town.
