The funeral has been held for the American astronaut Neil Armstrong who died last Saturday.
Around 400 of the 82-year-old’s closest family and friends took part in a private memorial service in Cincinatti, Ohio.
As commander of NASA’s Apollo 11 mission, Armstrong became the first person to walk on the moon in July 1969.
NASA paid tribute to Armstrong calling him a great American and space hero. A national memorial service is expected to be held in Washington later this month.
