The group stage of Euro 2012 is over and there have been some fantastic moments of football.

Here is our brief and totally subjective look back at what we consider to have been the top three goals of the tournament so far.

In third place is a stunning strike by Polandàs Jakub Blaszczykowski which gave the co-hosts a draw with Russia in a pulsating match.

Number two for the euronews sports team is a clever strike by England’s Danny Welbeck. Fed by Theo Walcott, the Man United marksman made a surging run into the box and despite close attention from his markers he managed to deftly backheel the cross for the winner.

Finally, most votes went to Sweden’s captain Zlatan Ibrahimovic for smashing a superb volley into the net against France. It was truly a magic moment which helped swing the match Sweden’s way.
