The bank of Japan has outlined plans to provide one-year loans to banks to stimulate lending and defeat deflation as the country rides a wave of an export led recovery.

The euro zone’s battle with the Greek bail-out and the yen’s rise against the euro and dollar could prove counter productive for Japan according to the country’s finance minister.
