A Mouse's Tale wins cartoon prize by whisker

The cream of Europe’s cartoons competed in Germany for the Cartoon d’Or, a 15,000 euro prize for the best animated short film. A Mouse’s Tale by French director Benjamin Renner took the top award, despite stiff competition.
