Four people have been killed and seven were injured after a bomb exploded on a train in eastern Turkey, said military officials. One source said C4 explosives had been placed on the line, derailing the engine and several carriages. Most of the casualties were soldiers travelling between the towns of Elazig and Tatvan in Bingol province. No-one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
