Russian forces have struck a residential building in Mykolaiv, killing at least seven people in the city near Kherson that Moscow's forces have been battering for months.
The attack came as Moscow said it was drawing down troops from Kherson, the only regional capital Russian forces captured in Ukraine after they launched their February invasion.
