Ronaldo is reportedly pushing harder than ever to leave Real Madrid to return to Manchester United.

According to reports in Spain, he told his teammates of his plans to leave, which are believed to revolve around his salary. The 32-year-old is the highest paid player in the club, but recent moves by Messi and Neymar to other clubs have put them well ahead, something he feels is unjust.

Despite his age, Ronaldo is still said to be worth over 100 million euros and will be searching for well over half a million euros per week in wages, so even if Real did want to let him go, whether Manchester United would want to or even be able to pay for him is very a different matter.
