This is drone footage of refugees and migrants waiting at the border between Greece and FYR Macedonia.
It comes as the EU and Turkey came close to a deal on the migrant crisis, whereby for each economic migrant returned from Europe, the EU would have to accept a recognised Syrian refugee.
