Thousands of supporters of the Indonesian Muslim political group the Prosperous and Justice Party gathered at one of Jakarta’s main landmarks on Sunday to protest against violence and discrimination on the Muslim Rohingya minority in Myanmar and to call for an end of President Bashar Assad’s rule in Syria.
