Todor Zhivkov’s plane sunk in Black Sea

The plane used by Bulgaria ‘s former communist dictator, Todor Zhivkov, was sunk in the waters of the Black Sea. The craft is now 23 metres under the water surface about two to three miles from the Saints Konstantin and Elena resort near the Black Sea city of Varna .
