<div> <p><span class="caps">DUBAI</span> – Deutsche Bank has hired former Credit Suisse banker Saad Benani to lead its investment banking business in the Middle East and North Africa (<span class="caps">MENA</span>), an internal memo seen by Reuters showed.</p> <p>The bank has appointed Benani as managing director and head of investment banking coverage and advisory for the <span class="caps">MENA</span> region, the memo said. </p> <p>Deutsche bank declined to comment when contacted by Reuters on Wednesday.</p> <p>“Saad will be responsible for developing and implementing our coverage & advisory strategy in the region, including with the sovereign wealth funds,” the memo said.</p> <p/> </div>
