Senior Polish journalists have raised the alarm over alleged ongoing violations of independence and freedom of the public media in Poland. Euronews met Jaroslaw Kulczycki in a cosy café in the centre of Warsaw – where he works with his laptop, sending CVs around the country. Kulczycki was until recently one of the faces of TVP INFO, a widely-watched news programme on Polish public television. After the right-wing shift in the Polish government he was sacked – together with many other professionals.
