<p>Britain’s most-famous Eurosceptic has spoken the words that many thought they would never hear – “I love Europe”.</p> <p>Nigel Farage, leader of Britain’s burgeoning anti-EU party <span class="caps">UKIP</span>, made the comments in a spoof party political commercial for a bookmaker.</p> <p>The controversial <span class="caps">MEP</span> was giving his support to Europe’s golfers ahead of this weekend’s Ryder Cup in Scotland, against the US.</p> <p>Farage, teasing the US over Tiger Woods’ injury, says in the video: “How did you do that, Tiger? Carrying the hopes and dreams of a nation on your shoulders?</p> <p>“To quote the great lyricist and golf fanatic, Justin Timberlake, ‘Cry Me A River’, America. And preferably a great, European river, like the Rhine.
