Police in Strasbourg are still looking for a man who they believe opened fire near a Christmas market in the city centre leaving at least three people dead thirteen injured.

Euronews correspondent Tessa Arcilla was in Strasbourg last night and was trapped in a restaurant after the area went into lockdown.

This morning as the city woke up she spoke to Good Morning Europe and explained that people are already asking questions as to why the gunman has not yet been found.

You can listen to her account in the video player, above.

"Strasbourg is such a small city ... at least the centre so why has it taken so long to find this person? And that's why there are suggestions that he may or may not be in France at this moment."
