On a mission to rebuild the faltering peninsula peace process, South Korean President Moon Jae-in is on his first ever visit to Pyongyang. In a three day visit Moon will seek to obtain reassurance that North Korea is taking concrete steps to put a halt to its nuclear weapons programme.

Hazel Smith,  Professor at London University's School of African and Oriental Studies, told Good Morning Europe why all sides remain motivated to find a deal.
