Around 30 competitors braved Belgrade's 3-degree wind dressed in next to nothing.
Competitors on Wednesday stripped down to their undergarments in Serbia's second-ever Underwear Race.
While spectators were wrapped up in hats and scarves, runners braved Belgrade's 3-degree wind dressed in next to nothing.
The elements were kind to the 30 runners compared to last year's race that saw participants race through snow and at -5 degrees.
Time wasn't kept during the 16-km run and rules were relaxed, so the main goal for those taking part was to finish.
Up for grabs was a cup of hot cocoa for the winner and a massage for the winner of "best underwear".
