A video from the U.S. Coast Guard shows crew members of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Marlin rescue an 89-year-old man from a vehicle after it went into a marina in Panama City, Florida.
The Coast Guard says the crew saw the car go into the water and immediately launched a rescue boat, broke the car window and pulled the man out.
