FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Germany’s Continental AG <CONG.DE> said on Friday it was buying Israel’s Argus Cyber Security, whose technology guards connected cars from hacking. Israeli media reported earlier this week that Continental would pay about $400 million (£305.4 million) for the start-up.
