Clinton was supposed to arrive in Belfast on Monday to help break Northern Ireland’s political stalemate but his trip was postponed because of Ophelia.

The former US President will instead visit the region after an event in Dublin where he’s scheduled to receive an Honorary Doctorate at Dublin City University.
