Allergan sets $2 billion share buyback; CFO to retire

(Reuters) – U.S. drugmaker Allergan Plc <AGN.N> on Monday authorized a $2 billion (1.48 billion pounds)buyback of its shares and said its Chief Financial Officer Tessa Hilado would retire. Allergan said it had begun the search for a new finance chief.
