In the case of a two speed union, that more and more people are talking about, in which speed group can Croatia fit in?

Boris Vujčić, Governor, Croatian national bank:
I think that if we get in, we should go with a deeper union. I think that the deeper union is a sustainable union and it can bring about most of the benefits. However, when we say that, we need to know what the “deeper” means, it’s very difficult to say that now because we don’t know in which way the union will evolve whether it’s going to evolve into, as the white papers suggest, multiple speed Europe or it’s going to be a kind of single speed faster or lower speed. But Croatia will certainly be able to chose once it is there.
