In 2025 Sweden will face a shortage of 65 000 teachers. Södertörn University (SH) is a young and progressive university. Their educator programs feature an intercultural orientation with focus on greater diversity; summed up in their new payoff: “We see reality through different eyes.”SH had an aggressive goal, to maintain their high level of applications when 8 out of the other 14 universities that educate teachers saw their numbers fall. At the same time SH wanted to prove their new brand platform by showing how their educator programs are a breed apart and more in line with reality.
