French police have arrested a man reportedly on a low-level terror watch list in Paris.
The suspect was being monitored by intelligence services after allegedly travelling to Syria. He was on the ‘fiche S’ list, which represents a ‘threat to state security’.
He was taken into custody after his family reported that he had refused to be hospitalised for psychiatric issues.
