The Toronto Raptors made it through to the Eastern Conference Finals, thanks to a 116-89 win over the Miami Heat at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday.

Kyle Lowry produced yet another MVP performance to lead the winners with 35 points while DeMar DeRozan added 28 points on 29 shots.

Slovenian guard Goran Dragic proved unstoppable in the third quarter but it was too little too late as Bismack Biyombo stepped it up a gear in the fourth to help the Raptors become the 15th team in NBA history to win two Game 7s in one postseason.

The victory puts Toronto in the Eastern Conference final for the first time in franchise history, against the Cavaliers. The series starts on Tuesday in Cleveland.

"I enjoyed it man. It's just fun." - @bismackbiyombo0 on tonight's performance.
