Owner George Zimmerman was cleared of murdering the unarmed teenager in 2012
The gun used to shoot dead unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin is to be auctioned by the man who shot him, George Zimmerman.
The neighbourhood watch officer was cleared of of the 17-year-old’s death in February 2012. He claimed it was self-defence.

The shooting led to protests in several cities in the US and to the birth of the Black Lives Matter movement.
