Euronews spoke at Berlin’s ITB to Akbar Al Baker, CEO Qatar Airways, about how the airline will be expanding in the near future.

We are one of the largest airlines in the world today. We are one of the only five-star rated airlines in the Middle East and one of the five in the world, we have already in this very short history of Qatar Airways received recognition as the world’s best airlines three times in the last five years so you can see we are really going places. And we will be having nearly a 250 aircraft fleet in just over two and half years’ time and we will be operating nearly 220 destinations within the same period of time.
