Pop cat Rihanna revealed her first collaboration with sports line Puma at New York Fashion Week.
The collection bares the family name of the Barbados-born singer.
Fenty Puma by Rihanna is a line that fuses Japanese and Gothic influences.
“The vibe of the collection it’s street wear, like Japanese street culture, very inspired by that. But with a Gothic undertone. It’s very, we use a lot of basic colours, black, white, grey because I wanted to keep it sporty.”
The line reflected Rihanna’s own tastes thigh-length boots and trainer-like stilettoes.
A four-legged model starred at the Polo Ralph Lauren show.
Rory the Irish setter lead the parade.
As for the clothes, Lauren offered up a stylish new take on some trusted classics. Some dresses and sweaters bore a southwestern print, a favorite of Lauren’s, but the collection also offered beaded and sequined blazers and pants.
