“Tough 90’s” is dedicated to the tough years which followed the collapse of the Soviet Union and gives a lesson of compassion and kindness: even during the hardest times people should remain people. The main idea for the project is to remind about difficult times that they have managed to survive together by being united, helpful and supportive to each other. Kazakhstan is a multinational country: it is home to over 120 nationalities. Each of them is an integral part of country’s history, and each of them has contributed to the development of Kazakhstan today, a state that has endured many trials, namely World War II, mass deportations, tough economic and social transformations after the collapse of the Soviet Union. “Tough 90’s” is dedicated to the tough years which followed the collapse of the Soviet Union and gives a lesson of compassion and kindness: even during the hardest times people should remain people.The main idea for the project is to remind about difficult times that they have managed to survive together by being united, helpful and supportive to each other.
