Earlier this week it was the French, now farmers in Bulgaria are protesting. Producers are taking their heavy agricultural machinery for a “mass refueling”, thereby blocking access to the pumps. It is in response to an official requirement to install meters and fuel level indicators on their machinery by the end of August.
