Car sales in China, the world’s biggest market have dropped half a percent. 0.5, as the country’s economic slowdown continues to drive down domestic demand.
Foreign sales have also been hit according to China’s Association of Automobile Manufacturers with exports falling for the fourth consecutive month in April.
China will likely miss the 860,000 automobile exports that CAAM predicted this year, a goal which was already set roughly 5 percent below 2014 sales, he said.
