Members of a Russian ultra nationalist motor bike club have visited the former concentration camp at Dachau as part of a trip to mark the 70th anniversary of the victory of Soviet Forces over Nazi Germany.

The bikers who have President Vladimir Putin’s support, have drawn criticism from countries along the route which see the ride as a provocation.

The bikers who call themselves “ Night Wolves” were met by Russian diplomats at the site.

The “Night Wolves” were blacklisted by the US for their participation in Russia’s annexation of Crimea from Ukraine last year. Its members also strongly back pro-Russian separatists in easter Ukraine.
