Crowds swarm around suspected Ebola victim in Sierra Leone

Is this scene a sign of the task facing health authorities in West Africa?

The footage shows crowds swarming around the body of a suspected Ebola patient in Koidu, Sierra Leone, despite official guidance not to approach or touch people thought to be infected.

It came as UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon made his first visit to Sierra Leone, which accounts for more than half of the 18,603 confirmed cases of the disease.
