Poland’s conservative opposition PiS party has held a rally in Warsaw to mark the 33rd anniversary of martial law, and to protest against local elections they claim have been fraudulent.
An electoral commission, investigating a computer failure that disrupted the November poll, has ruled out any global fraud despite irregularities.
