Police in Germany have arrested a man who they say is a high ranking member of the Basque separatist group ETA.
The Spanish man is accused of masterminding explosive attacks for the group which has now renounced violence, according to police.
Kunze is the 15th member of the group arrested in 2014, according to the interior ministry.
An international arrest warrant had been issued for his capture.
ETA announced a unilateral ceasefire in 2011, suspending four decades of attacks in which more than 800 people died, in their campaign to develop an independent Basque homeland in northern Spain and southern France.
