Tens of thousands have taken to the streets of Rome protesting against Prime Minister Matteo Renzi’s plans to overhaul the labour market.
Renzi has proposed new measures to fight unemployment, simplifying the country’s labour system.
It comes after a general strike which caused minor disruptions to train and local services.
